How have you tried using yogurt?
Today we will make mango yogurt cream cheese cookies.

From now until August, it is the time when you can find delicious apple mango in Jeju.
Today, at the request of a subscriber, I added mango to yogurt :)
During the season when you can find a lot of mangoes, it would be a good idea to try making it with raw mangoes.
In other seasons, you can use puree or jam like I did.
I was worried that the mango scent would be disappointing, but I really liked the strong mango scent.
In addition, the sour yogurt flavor makes it a perfect cookie from now until summer.

▶Ingredients
Makes 11 cookies
50g eggs
120g unsalted butter
220g cake flour
35g yellow cheese powder
80g sugar
15g parmesan cheese powder
2g vanilla extract
2g baking powder
1g baking soda
1g salt
240g cream cheese
100g yogurt powder
60g Mango base (mango jam)
50g dried mango
50g sugar powder
10g Mango base (mango jam)
7g lemon juice
▶How to make
1. Mix room temperature butter, sugar, salt, and eggs well.
2. Sift all types of powder and mix until no raw powder is visible.
3. Add yogurt powder and mango jam to room temperature cream cheese and mix.
4. Divide the dough from step 2 into 11 pieces and cover the cream cheese from step 3 with the dough.
5. Keep the dough frozen for at least 1 hour.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 15 minutes.
7. Mix powdered sugar, mango jam, and lemon juice and pour liberally over the cookies.
