Spring came to my cookies
Spring came to my cookies today.
I tried making raspberry cream cheese cookies filled with the scent of cherry blossoms.

Cherry blossoms are blooming one by one on the streets, and it’s really spring now.
If the weather is nice, it would be nice to pack a light dessert lunch and go on a picnic :)
Today, I filled cookies with the scent of cherry blossoms to fill them with spring.
I didn't miss the lovely feel of the pink cookies! Haha
Have a sweet time with raspberry cream cheese cookies filled with the scent of cherry blossoms ♥
▶Ingredients
50g Eggs
120g Unsalted butter
230g Cake flour
80g Sugar
5g Strawberry powder
2g Red yeast rice powder
4g Baking powder
2g Baking soda
2g Salt
2g Cherry blossom flavor
240g Cream cheese
30g Sugar powder
70g Raspberries
10g Corn starch
50g Strawberry chocolate
▶How to make
1. Add sugar, salt, and eggs to room temperature butter and mix.
2. Sift all types of powder and mix until no raw powder is visible.
3. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and raspberries and mix.
4. Divide the dough into 11 pieces and cover the cream cheese with the cookie dough.
5. Store the dough in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 15 minutes.
7. Pour the melted strawberry chocolate over the completely cooled cookies.
