Every time I come across carrots with high sugar content, I want to make carrot cake :)
Unlike traditional carrot cakes, the texture itself is very delicious.
I like carrot cake because the process of making it is simple and easy.
Have a sweet time with carrot rice cake♥






▶Ingredients

★Mold size Ø12cm X h7cm★

75g Carrots
70g Rice flour
20g Almond powder
50g Eggs
47g Vegetable oil
45g Brown sugar
15g Walnuts
10g Cranberries
2g Baking powder
1g Baking soda
1g Nutmeg
1g Salt
1g Cinnamon powder

120g Cream cheese
70g Whipped cream
25g Sugar






▶How to make

1. Mix vegetable oil and eggs well.
2. Add the sieved powder and carrots and mix until no raw powder is visible.
3. Fill the pan with the finished dough.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 165℃ (329℉) for about 35 minutes.
5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and whipping cream well.
6. Slice the cake into 2 pieces and top with cream.
7. Refrigerate the finished cake for at least 1 hour before tasting it.
