INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHICKEN:
Chicken breast approx 800G (JULIAN CUT)
Onion powder 1tbsp
Chilli powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder ¾tsp
Roasted Crushed Cumin Seeds 1tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tbsp
Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar 2tbsp
Salt for taste
Garlic Crushed 1tbsp
Yoghurt ½ cup
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
FOR PITA BREAD:
All purposeflour 5 cups
Salt 1tbsp
Brown sugar or white sugar 1tbsp
Instant yeast 1½tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Yoghurt ¼cup
Lukewarm water as required to make a dough
FOR GARLIC SAUCE:
Yoghurt 1 cup
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Garlic Cloves 4 nos
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Black pepper powder ¼tsp
FOR SALAD:
Letus as required
Red & yellow bell Pepper as required
Cucumber as required
Onion as required
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ⅛ tsp
Salt for taste
FOR SPICY SAUCE:
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Ketchup ¼ cup
Hot sauce/chilli sauce 2 tbsp
