✅ Egg part:
warm water (30-35°C) – 100 g = 0.5 glass*
salt (to taste) – 5 g = 0.5 tsp.
sugar – 6 g = 1 tsp.
egg – 48-50 g = 1 pc.
vodka (optional!) – 15 ml = 1 tbsp.
vegetable oil – 30 ml = 3 tbsp.
flour – 200 g = 10 tbsp.

flour – 350 (+/-) g = 2.5 glasses* + 1 tbsp.

✅ Cheburek filling:
minced meat (the fattier, the juicier!) – 400 g = 2 glasses*
onion – 250-270 g
cold water – 130-150 ml
salt – 7-9 g = 1 tsp.
black pepper – ¼ tsp.

✅ Additionally:
vegetable oil for frying
