flour - 400 g = 3 cups*
cornstarch - 15 g = 1 tbsp.
salt - 7 g = 1 tsp. without a hill
yeast - 5 g = 1 tsp. with a hill (read below about choosing yeast)
sugar - 10 g = 2 tsp.
warm milk - 100 ml = 0.5 cup*
warm water - 100 ml = 0.5 cup*
kefir (sour cream) - 50 g = 2 tbsp.
butter - 30 g = 2 tbsp.

✅ Filling:
minced meat - 300 g = 1.5 cups*
onion - 250 g = 3 small heads
salt - 7 g = 1 tsp. without a hill
ground black pepper = ¼ tsp.
cold water - 50-70 ml

✅ Additionally:
vegetable oil for frying

❗Weight of raw dough: 700 g
❗ Output: 12 belyashi

🔥About yeast:
✅5 g of yeast according to the recipe from a pack where 10 g is for 1 kg of flour;
✅6 g of yeast if the pack has 11-12 g per kg of flour;
✅7 g of yeast if the pack has 7 g per 500 g of flour;
✅fresh pressed yeast 15 g.
