This lemongrass chicken skewers recipe is perfect for a quick, healthy dinner any time of year! This recipe is super easy and takes only 30 minutes to cook. Plus the ingredients are cheap and available at most grocery stores.
Sometimes you need a break from the usual suspects of grilling. These Lemongrass Chicken Skewers are super easy and taste delicious! They're perfect for any occasion, especially for warm nights when you want to eat outside.

Lemongrass chicken Ingredients:
1kg (2.2lbs) of chicken thighs (diced up to bite size pieces)
2 x lemongrass stalks (white parts only)
4 x cloves of garlic
2 x tablespoon of fish sauce
1 x tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 x teaspoon of ginger
3 x tablespoons of brown sugar
1 x cup of coriander
1 x teaspoon of chilli flakes
3 x tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of lime juice
Serving Ingredients:
4 x spring onions finely sliced
2 x limes quartered
Hydration:
1 x beer
