Create Work Schedule - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

How do we create a Work Schedule ? This object defines the working pattern of the employees. It is assigned in the Time Information section of the job information of the employee. It briefly describes how many days per week the employee is going to work. There are three models for setting up a work schedule. This can be specified at the time of creation of the work schedule. This is defined in the Model field of the object. The three different models are: Simple Period Schedule A work schedule can be defined for employees working 40 hours over a five-day working week as 8 hours Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun 0 hours on a day by day basis in the Simple Model. Before creating a work schedule with the Period model, some day models as per our desired day pattern needs to be created because they are used in the definition of the Period Model, including the one with no working hours. Some Period models should be created before creating a work schedule with the Schedule model because Period Models are used in the definition of a work schedule with schedule model. The system does not allow to change the model once the work schedule has be used or assigned to the employee.
