Our virtual studio teacher Michelle Ballon guides you through the perfect 5 minute Pilates workout to begin or end your day using your foam roller. In this class, you use the roller to unwind your computer posture and stretch your shoulders. Then you move your spine in multiple directions to lubricate your fascia using the roller. All of this will allow you to gently release built up tension AND work your core.
