It only takes 5-6 minutes to prepare this coffee-flavor Basque Cheesecake,  
with burnt crust and strong coffee cheese aroma.  Served With a cup of coffee or tea, it tastes great.

🍞INGREDIENTS (for 6 inch cake)
☘️ Coffee mixture
Cream (heated) 30g
Espresso powder 5g
Cocoa powder 3g

Cream Cheese 250g
Caster sugar 55g
2 room temperature egg (65g each with shell)
Cream 100g
Cake flour 10g

☘️** Preheat the oven to 220C/430F
**Bake at 220C/430F for 30 minutes
**Let it cool at room temperature and chill in the fridge for 4 hours or over.

咖啡粉 5克
可可粉 3克

奶油奶酪 250克
細砂糖 55克
室溫雞蛋 2個(每個約65克帶殼)
奶油 100克
低筋面粉10克

☘️** 預熱烤箱至220C/430F
**220C/430F烤制30分鐘
**室溫放涼後,冰箱冷藏4小時或以上再食用
