Today’s baking is “Coffee Basque Cheesecake” full of coffee scent.
Many people have probably made a basic Basque Cheesecake, but I hope you can also make a coffee Basque Cheesecake. It's really soft and delicious :)
Coffee Basque Cheesecake (15cmx h7cm round cake pan)
Ingredient
300g Cream cheese
60g Sour cream or Greek yogurt
105g Sugar
3 Egg (170-172g)
13g Cake flour
18g Instant coffee
2Tbsp Hot water
280g Fresh cream
7g Kahlúa (Coffee liquor)
-Can be omitted
Preparation
▶Place cream cheese, sour cream, egg and fresh cream at room temperature until they are not cold.
▶Place parchment paper on a 15x7cm round cake pan.
