Aloo Bhindi Sabzi is a simple and delicious stir fry prepared with potato and okra/ladiesfinger. Usually okra is deep fried for this dish but I have not done so. I have cooked okra separately without much oil and added to the potatoes. This healthy dry curry goes well with both rice and chapati.
