500gm— okra
2– potatoes
1– onion
2- green chili
1/2- tsp cumin
6 to 8 pcs chopped garlic
1- tomatoes
2- tsp garam masala or vegetable spices
1/2- tsp red chili powder
1/2- tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1- tsp coriander powder
1- cup water
4- tsp oil to fry okra
5 — tbsp oil for curry
2– tsp salt
Serve 4to 6 person
