Hi, welcome to my channel! In this video I am sharing with you my recipe for a popular and tasty snack - Korean mochi bread. It has great texture - the outside is crispy, the inside is chewy and elastic, with plenty of air pockets. It is very easy to make, here are the ingredients you need for this recipe:

(for about 9-12 mochi bread balls)
- 130g (1/2 cup) milk
- 30g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 2g (1/3 tsp) salt
- 30g (2 1/2 tbsp) sugar
- 25g (2 1/2 tbsp) bread flour
- 130g (1 cup) tapioca flour
- 1 egg
- 10g (1 1/5 tbsp) black sesame seeds
