In Baku, Azerbaijan's capital, during the Victory Parade something intriguing caught President Ilham Aliyev's attention. He fixed his gaze on a spot that hadn't been mentioned by any news outlet before. This spot concealed a group known as "Bats". These "Bats" were in charge of creating chaos among the enemy's ranks, helping free many villages and cities, and mostly working secretly behind enemy lines. This covert team was part of the Azerbaijani Foreign Intelligence Service's special forces unit.
