In TCM and Qigong, the heart is the ruler of the five organs. It commands the movements of four extremities, it circulates the blood and Qi. All organs will sacrifice its energy to ensure the heart is strong.
Heart is also considered an emperor of emotions and the seat of spirit Shen, in other words our consciousness and self-awareness.

I will be sharing my favourite seasonal Qigong health tips, self-massage techniques and breath-work tools to help you manage and support your health during the summer season.
