Chicken sukka recipe - Chicken Sukka Recipe | चिकन सुक्का र...
🌸 Ingredients - (For 1 kg Chicken and Mutton Masala).
* 2 Tsp - Jeera (Cumin seeds)
* 7-8 - Elaichi (Green Cardamom Pods)
* 2 - Black cardamom (Black Elaichi)
* 1 Tsp - Black peppercorns
* 1/2 cut Jaiphal (Nutmeg)
* 2 - Javitri ( Mace)
* 2 - Chakri phool (Star Anise)
* 4 - Laung (cloves)
* 1 Tsp - Patthar/Dagad phool (Stone flower)
* 1 - Dalchini (Cinnamon) 4 gm
* 1 Tsp - Saunf ( Fennel seeds)
* 1 Tsp - Shahi Jeera
* 5-6 - Tej patte ( bay leaf)
* 2 Tbsp - Khas-khas (Poppy seeds)
* 2 Tbsp - Sabut Dhaniya (Coriander seeds)
* 1 Tbsp - Jowar aata (Sorghum flour)
* 8-9 - Dry Red Chilies
* 50 Gm - Dry Coconut.
🌸 Method -
- Take a pan.
- Add Jeera, Elaichi, Black peppercorns, Jaiphal, javitri, chakri phool, Laung, Patthar/Dagad phool, Dalchini, saunf, Shahi jeera, Tej patte, Khas-khas, Sabut dhaniya, jawar aata (to give nice consistency to the gravy), Red chilies.
- Roast for 2 min and let aroma come, roast until light brown
- Roast dry coconut on gas stove Dry coconut, roast until black in color. Nicely roasted coconut will give nice smoky flavor to the curry. OR (*You can Cut Dry Coconut pieces and Roast on tawa).
- Take a mixer pot.
- Add all Roasted masala and dry coconut chopped.
- Grind powder.
- Ready Saoji Masala.
* I don't have Poppy seeds, so not used in the recipe*
