Frozen Yogurt is one of
Frozen Yogurt is one of the seemingly unachievable things in the frozen dessert world. Surprisingly, it’s more than just taking yogurt and freezing it! In this episode of Quest for the Best, I try to recreate the frozen yogurt from my favourite childhood establishment, the beloved, Richmond-institution, Timothy’s. Using the Cuisinart ICE-21C as my ice creamer of choice, I experimented a little bit with the frozen yogurt mix and tried to find a way to make it at home.
The recipe was lifted from kitchn.com (https://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make...) with some minor tweaks.This video is riddled with failures and mistakes that you can learn from in your own culinary journey. No, this is not your typical cooking video - but it’s my attempt to share a little insight on kitchen experimentation. The end product, while not perfect, was definitely reminiscent of what I had experienced in my childhood. I hope this inspires you to try something new in the kitchen!
