An entire pint of ice cream for 24g of protein and less than 200 calories… sounds too good to be true, but it’s not - thanks to the Ninja Creami!

VANILLA ICE CREAM
Macros: 159 calories, 23.5g protein, 10g carbs, 3g fat
Ingredients:
-200ml Fairlife skim milk
-200ml unsweetened almond milk
-15g vanilla protein powder (I used @PEScienceOfficial discount code FIT15)
-4g Jell-O fat free vanilla pudding mix
-15g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto, discount code FIT15)
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Macros: 162 calories, 23g protein, 11.5g carbs, 3g fat
Ingredients:
-200ml Fairlife skim milk
-200ml unsweetened almond milk
-15g chocolate protein powder (I used PEScience, discount code FIT15)
-5g unsweetened cocoa powder
-3g fat free chocolate pudding mix
-15g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto, discount code FIT15)
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Macros: 184 calories, 24g protein, 15g carbs, 3g fat
