This is a rip from a VCD I had back in year 2000 odd. It was found on various anime VCDs promoting Dragon Ball Z's 8th Movie, Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan. The language being spoken in this trailer is Cantonese. Please turn on subtitles/caption. The translation provided is my interpretation of it.
I'm unsure why some scenes from Movie 6, The Return of Cooler and various scenes from the main series, and not to mention the previous movie's poster (Super Android 13!) was included, but I guess it can be chalked down to the "cool" factor and to sell the movie.
It was a really exciting trailer for its time; bearing in mind VCDs were quite expensive (bootleg or not) and anime wasn't easy to come by on the internet back then, so as a teenager you take what you can get.
No better quality due to it being a VCD, but it's to show how exciting it could've been due to clever editing. It really works and sells it to you!
