This is a rip from a VCD I had back in year 2000 odd. It was found on various anime VCDs or at the end of the Baby Saga VCD which previews the Super 17 Saga.
It was a really exciting trailer for its time; bearing in mind VCDs were quite expensive (bootleg or not) and anime wasn't easy to come by on the internet back then, so as a teenager you take what you can get.
Though unfortunately it all turned out disappointing, but one can't deny the confusion and excitement that is why the hell are all the previous villains returning if you didn't know the story!
No better quality due to it being a VCD, but it's to show how exciting it could've been due to clever editing. It really works and sells it to you!
