This is a rip from a VCD I had back in year 2000 odd. It was found on various anime VCDs or at the end of the Super Android 17 Saga VCD which previews the Shadow Dragons Saga.
It was a really exciting trailer for its time; bearing in mind VCDs were quite expensive (bootleg or not) and anime wasn't easy to come by on the internet back then, so as a teenager you take what you can get.
No better quality due to it being a VCD, but it's to show how exciting it could've been due to clever editing. It really works and sells it to you!
