Decongesting CHF admission is of paramount importance which is strongly associated with better long term outcomes. We have learnt use of diuretics and their combinations to help get rid of salt and water. In this video, we will discuss evidence behind use of inotropes.  This lecture is meant for hemodynamically stable CHF patients with volume overload/congestion.
