Today, I made a steak
Today, I made a steak dish, with guanciale cabbage puree and peppercorn sauce and I will be plating steak in three different ways.
Many of you seemed to like the duck plating video I made a while back, and I wanted to make a similar video.
I had fun making this video and it was also a good opportunity for me to practice my plating technique! (It's been rusty since I haven't been in a restaurant kitchen for several months now. I really miss working in one these days!)
