Picchi Pacchiu (pic pac)- amazing pasta side dish

Piccchi Pacchiu is a delicious Italian pasta dish that was popularized in America by Carrabbas Italian grill. In this video I show you how to simplify and recreate this classic.

Background: I started working as a hibachi chef when I was 16 at my dads restaurant here in Athens, Ga. Since then I have worked in a handful of different restaurants, cooking hibachi, mastering sushi, and even making pizza!
