Mushroom seasoning: 2T fermented soy sauce, 0.5T sugar, a pinch of pepper

Seasoning: 1T cooking oil, 4T fermented soy sauce, 2T cooking wine, 1T brown sugar

Others: 1 pinch of salt, cooking oil, 1T sesame oil

1. Clean the prepared vegetables.

2. Put the cleaned assorted mushrooms in a bowl, add 2T of fermented soy sauce, 0.5T of sugar, and a pinch of pepper and season well.

3. Pour 2T of cooking oil in a pan, add onions, carrots, and a pinch of salt, then fry until the onions become transparent.

4. Place onions and carrots on a plate, add seasoned mushrooms to the pan, and fry it quickly.

5. Put the glass noodles and 1.5L of water in a pot, boil the glass noodles for 4 minutes from the boiling point, and quickly wash them in cold water.

6. Put 1T of cooking oil, 4T of fermented soy sauce, 2T of cooking wine, and 1T of brown sugar in a pot. When the seasoning boils, add the boiled glass noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

7. Turn off the heat, add the stir-fried vegetables and mushrooms (separate the water) and add 1T sesame oil.
