A delicious and tender cake that melts in the mouth, my grandmother loves to make this dish. The whole family will love this cake recipe. Delicious cake. Now I will make this cake very often. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs.
90 grams of sugar.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
a pinch of salt.
beat well with a mixer.
This is a cheap and delicious cake!
180 g sour cream/yoghurt.
80 g coconut flakes.
120 g poppy seeds.
mix everything.
120-150 grams of flour.
10 grams of baking powder.
50g melted butter.
Form 18-20 cm.
Bake at 185°C for 40-45 minutes.
2 eggs.
120 grams of sugar.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
3 tablespoons flour.
3 tablespoons starch.
750 ml milk.
let the cake cool completely.
simmer over low heat until thickened.
Biscuit cut into 3 cakes.
Separately cut off the upper uneven part of the biscuit.
80 grams of butter.
beat well with a mixer.
The cake is conveniently collected in a detachable ring or in the form in which it was baked.
~ Put 100g walnuts on the middle cake.
Place the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Cover the remaining cream with cling film for decoration.

Decorate the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs.
