Peshawari Namkeen Chicken Karahi:
Ingredients
Chicken 750gm
Tomatoes 250gm
Salt as required
Black pepper crushed 2tsp
Ginger sliced as required
Green chilies as required
Clarified butter 1cup
Method
Heat clarified butter add chicken with salt and fry well. Now add tomatoes and green chilies cover and cook till tender now add remaining ingredients , lastly add ginger and serve .
Muesli:
Ingredients
Oat 1-1/2cup
Almonds sliced 2tbsp
Dates 4tbsp
Fig 2tbsp
Coconut sliced 2tbsp
Cinnamon powder ¾ tsp
Melon seeds 2tbsp
Apricot 2tbsp
Milk 1cup
Method
In a pan add oat and roast it, now add all the nuts and roast , lastly add milk when you use it .
Podina Raita:
Ingredients
Cumin 1tsp
Yogurt 250gm
Mint 10-12 leaves
Green chilies 1-2
Garlic 2cloves
Salt as required
Method
Grind all the ingredients accept yogurt , now add the ground spice in yogurt mix well and serve .
