In adjunct to the core triplet, here's a minimal warmup sequence that includes 3 exercises: a band exercise for the shoulders, deep squat sky reaches for the squat mobility and spine, and dead-bug variations for firing up the abs.

Also, the warm-up continues depending on how your pulling, pushing and leg work progress is. Refer to the official text for that.
