In this video, we're going to show you how to do a fantastic exercise to target those forearm muscles using supination and pronation.

The easy way to remember the difference between supination and pronation is simple. When you hold you palm open towards the sky, you can think of cup of soup like you're holding a cup of soup in your palm, this is supination. Pronation, on the other hand, is the opposite, palm down.

The video shows different ways to challenge the forearm muscles using supination and pronation. Depending on your level of fitness and fitness goals, one way could be better for you.
