Lamb Sindhi Biriyani cooked by my sister - authentic home style!!!

Invited to my sisters house for a her famous lamb Biriyani.

2.5 kg Lamb Meat
5 medium onion
4 tbs pure ghee
1/2 cup oil
3 tbs sunflower oil
2 packets of laziza brand - Sindhi Biriyani powder
2 tbs garden mint
2 fresh tomato sliced
2 handful coriander
Food colour “not necessary”

for rice
5 general mugs size measurement of rice
3 bay leaf "tez pata"
2 star anise
7 green cardamon
1 tsp peppercorn
2 cinnamon stick "cassia bark"
1/2 tsp salt
