・2 Turnips
・3g Konbu
・1 red pepper
・1/2 tsp Salt
・1.5 tbsp sugar
・2.5 tbsp Vinegar
・1 tbsp Water
・1/4 tsp dashi stock

・2 Turnip leaves
・2/3 tsp soy sauce
・2/3 tsp Sugar
・1/2 tsp Cooking sake
・1/4 tsp Chicken stock powder
・3g Katsuobushi
・White sesame
・Sesame oil
