5 eggplants, pork, chives, red pepper, leek, potato, onion, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sugar, salt, plum, cooking wine, pepper powder, sesame seeds

[Recipe]
1) After trimming the eggplant, divide it into thirds and cut them.
2) After mincing the pork, add the chopped chives, onions, and chives.
3) Add red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soup soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, and sesame salt and mix them, then add sesame oil at the end.
4) Fill the eggplant with seasoned minced pork.
