Doing only 1 round, we'll start with standing dumbbell exercises and then make our way down to the mat to isolate the glutes, hips and hamstrings with the booty band (glute loop). Because of the nature of the exercises chosen, you'll also be hitting your core. This workout will have you on 🔥.
