In this video I'll show you how to make a delicious rustic pie that is a hit on special occasions. This recipe is perfect for you to eat with the family or to sell and get some extra money. Everyone will love!
I will teach you all the tips and secrets for making this rustic pie so you can be successful at any party.

Size of the mold I used: 20 cm side x 10 cm deep
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 grams of dried meat (cooked and desalted)
- 1 can of corn (170 grams)
- Parsley to taste (can be replaced with cilantro, chives, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 200 grams of cream cheese
Ingredients for the dough:
- 300 grams of margarine (80% fat) (can be replaced with butter or lard)
- 2 eggs
- 600 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese (can be replaced by 1 level (dessert) spoon of salt)
- Water (details in the video)
To finish:
- 1 egg yolk
- Pout Pepper
- Banana fried in slices
- Basil leaves (can be replaced with any leaf you prefer)
Items I used to pack:
- Jute thread
- Rectangular cardboard box with partially transparent lid
- Silk Paper
