*****KABAB KARAHI INGREDIENTS & RECIPE IN ENGLISH *******

****** STEP 1 KABAB PREPARATION ******
1: Beef/ Mutton Mince: 500grams
2: Onion: 1 medium Roughly Chopped
3: Green Chillies: 4 to 5
4: ginger: 1.5" piece
5:Fresh Coriander: 1 Cup
6:Bread: 2 Medium Slices
7: Dry Fenugreek leaves: 1tsp
8:White Cumin seeds crushed: 1tsp
9: Red Chilli Powder: half tsp
10: Turmeric Powder: 2 pinches
11: Dry Coriander Powder: 1tsp
12:garam masala powder: half tsp
13: Salt half tsp (As per taste)

*****Preparation Of Kababs****

1:1st chop onion, green chillies & Ginger
2: Next add fresh coriander & bread  slices (chop all well)
3:add mince in the chopper & start adding spices
4:add fenugreek leaves, white cumin, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala & salt
5:Chop well with mince
6:Now mince is ready to prepare kababs
7: we will make medium size kababs

****KABAB KARAHI GRAVY WE NEED*******
1:Onion: 1 medium-sized finely chopped
2:Salt: half tsp or as per taste
3:Ginger Garlic Paste: 1Tbsp
4:Yogurt: 7 to 8 Tbsp
5:Red Chilli Powder: 1tsp
6:Red Chilli Flakes: 1tsp
7:Turmeric Powder: 2 Pinches
8: crushed White Cumin: 1tsp
9:Crushed Dry coriander: 1tsp
10:Crushed Black Pepper: 1tsp
11:Green Chillies: 4 to 5 or As per taste
12:ginger Julien: 1-inch piece
13:Tomato Paste: 4 medium
14: Oil: half Cup

**RECIPE FOR GRAVY AND FINAL MIXING****

1: Preheat oil on medium flame, saute onion for 2 to 3 minutes or till translucent
2: Add Ginger Garlic Paste saute with Onion for a minute
3:Add Tomato paste on medium flame add all spices given above
4: Cook well for 4 to 5 minutes till  oil separates
5:Slow down the flame add Yogurt ginger Julien, alt & Green Chillies
6:Cook on Medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes Keep stirring
7:Gently add kababs in the gravy on medium flame
8:Do not add a single drop of water kabab will get tender in their own released water
9: shake karahi when needed do not stir
10: When starts boiling cook on simmer for 5 minutes
11:After 5 Minutes check kababs you will see so many water kababs released
12:shake well
13:cover cook on a slow flame for 5 to 6 minutes(can take more time to get tender it depends on mince quality being used)
14:After Total 10 to 15 minutes oil will get separated
15: garnish with fresh coriander, green Chillies& ginger Julien
16: switch off the flame cover it for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes Delicious Kabab karahi is ready to serve
