🍳 INGREDIENTS 🍳
liquid fresh cream 400 g
granulated sugar 80 g
edible gelatin 6 g
vanilla 1 pod (or 1 teaspoon extract)

TO GARNISH
berries 50 g
mint 10 small leaves

🍳 PREPARATION 🍳
00:00 - To make panna cotta, take a bowl and fill it with very cold water, then dip the gelatin sheets in it and let them soften for about 10 minutes.
01:03 - Slice a vanilla bean and extract the seeds with a knife blade.
01:36 - Meanwhile, pour the cream and sugar into a saucepan; merge the internal seeds that you extracted by cutting the berry. Put the saucepan on the fire; when the cream reaches the boil, switch off.
02:44 - Add the edible gelatin that you squeezed out well (or drained with a sieve) and mix for 1 minute.
03:26 - Pour the mixture into 6 molds of 70 g each and put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours. You can decide to use both silicone molds and the classic aluminum ones.
04:57 - When you're going to serve it, get ready to unmold it like this: heat some water in a saucepan and when it boils, turn off the heat and dip the mold up to the edge for a second (be careful not to get water into the panna cotta! ); turn the mold upside down onto a serving plate and help yourself to let the panna cotta come out with a small knife (this step is used to eliminate the air pocket) which you will insert to the side, being careful not to damage it. If, on the other hand, you will be using a silicone mould, freeze the panna cotta and then turn it out of the mold, letting it cool before serving.
