MILLEGUSTI MOUSSE - Many different mousses, very easy and prepared with a single base cream. Perfect as a dessert at the end of a meal or as a filling for an infinite number of desserts!

70 g sugar
25 g corn starch

☕ COFFEE MOUSSE ‣ 2:18
1 tablespoon instant coffee
200 ml sweetened vegetable cream
dark chocolate flakes, to decorate

🍫 CHOCOLATE MOUSSE ‣ 3:52
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
200 ml sweetened vegetable cream
bitter cocoa to taste to decorate

🟢 PISTACHIO MOUSSE ‣ 5:16

1 tablespoon of pistachio cream
chopped pistachios to taste to decorate
