Are trauma makes us emotional. But don't let it win. Don't be your emotions. Don't be your trauma. Learn to accept and process it in a healthy way so you don't have to sit with it and soil with it. Remember you're bigger than that and you can do more. Practice self-love and self-care. Do the things you enjoy
