Hello. Welcome to my channel! My name is MEGUMIN. Today, I will share “Yakisoba” (Stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat) recipe with you.
When you think of summer, summer festivals come to your mind, right?
Seeing people going to the festivals or going to see fireworks wearing Yukata makes me feel delighted. Specially seeing kids walking on the street having cotton candies or candy apples with joy, I feel so appeased.
What comes into your mind where you hear the word festivals, you might think of food stalls, right? This time, I will make Yakisoba which is common food stall sells at festivals. Because Yakisoba is easy to cook, you eat it for lunch in daily life, don’t you?

▽INGREDIENTS- Yakisoba-

120g thinly sliced pork belly
1/8 cabbage
1/4 middle size of onion
1/5 carrot
1/3 bag of beansprout
2 bags of Yakisoba noodles

▽INGREDIENTS- Yakisoba Sauce-
2tbsp vegetable sweet sauce
4tsp Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp mizuame (starch syrup)
1/3tsp Shantung (Paste of concentrated Chinese soup base)
Pinch of salt and pepper

▽Toppings
some red pickled ginger
some bonito flakes
some Aonori(dried green seaweed)
