This time we visited "Tairiku" in Kobe City.
The restaurant's specialty is "Sauce Yakisoba.
Originally, the menu used to be salt yakisoba, but when we served it to customers, many of them poured sauce on it and ate it. in terms of orders.
(This yakisoba is made with locally handmade sauce.)
When the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake hit, the restaurant was quickly restored after being damaged by the earthquake, and it is one of the locally loved restaurants that supported the people of the community.
The owner has been a chef for a long time, and I am quite concerned about his health, but I was happy to hear customers say, "It was delicious," and I felt that he must enjoy everything from running the restaurant, to cook , to work with his family.
The yakisoba made by such an owner tastes like you can't get it anywhere else! It was truly delicious!
