This is a longer than normal video as I can't deliver this information in five minutes. If you are struggling with a Dysregulated Nervous System, poor Vagal Tone, PTSD, Anxiety, or Stress, I would strongly advise you to take the time to watch this video. Especially if you have autoimmune issues relating to unresolved traumas.

That is exactly what happened to me and this is how I started to heal. I cover the therapeutic process called Subjective Emotive Brief Therapy (SEBT). SEBT was developed by my colleague Dr. Pradeep Chadha, and I combine SEBT with neuroscience in my performance clinics.

I have split the lesson into chapters so you can take your time. There is a lot of information here and you may need to consume it over a few separate sessons.

If you would like to work directly with me you can email me at [email protected]. At the time of publishing this, my hourly rate is $410. I work with clients globally over Zoom.

As someone who recovered from the severe trauma of losing my son, I know the importance of finding some ease within the body. I witnessed Joshua's last breaths and this image aroused PTSD and severe anxiety and depression.

Accessing the Vagus Nerve and Polyvagal Theory was critical in my recovery. It allowed me the capacity to find a little ease whilst in tandem I built a meditation practice and sought therapy.

This video is recorded live with a group who are participating in my online course (www.remotetribe.co.uk) where we dive deep into the neuroscience of stress, mindfulness, and recovery.

Recovery from whatever loss or stress you have suffered is possible. It does require a desire to do the work, and a commitment to show up. Remember to seek help, speak to friends and find a therapist or coach that is right for you.
