Everyone has staples right! Well, make room on your list for this Creamy Dijon Mustard!! The first time I made this for my husband he was astounded! Like couldn't believe that something so beautiful and tasty could exist, and from simple ingredients that most of us already have in our pantries and refrigerators. This comes together in under 30 mins and over a bed of rice is the best way to serve! Or our favorite way to serve!

1 tbsp parsley, chopped (fresh)
1 tsp ea. dried thyme and rosemary
⅓ cup cooking white wine or chicken stock
1 ½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp Chicken Bouillon seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 cups baby spinach or 1 ½ handful
