This Cordon blue is sticking to the classic by being rolled of course and lighted breaded, pan fried and then baked to a beautiful crispy perfection; a topped with a rich and luxurious dijon mustard cream sauce!

4 slices of Swiss cheese
½ cup provolone
½ Colby jack
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
⅓ cup Italian breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Dijon Mustard Cream Sauce
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
3 tbsp dijion mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
