I go in depth on how to raise your FTP. Every kind of workout you do from the low intensity endurance to the short high intensity intervals brings up your FTP to some degree. The difference is the rate at which they bring it up and how sustainable that rate is. Raising your FTP is also as much about having a properly written plan as it is about having properly written workouts.
