Want to know how to make a regular dumbbell a powerful grip tool?  In this episode of, "Get a Grip," Ryan Rogers, Fitness Quest 10 Personal Trainer & obstacle course fanatic, teaches you why you should simply grab the dumbbell by the end instead of the grip in the middle. The large end will make it hard for your hand to get a good grip on it, and will make your fingers work that much harder to hold onto. Grab a pair by the ends and go for a walk!
