芒果紫薯芝士蛋糕,是用紫薯泥和芝士混合做蛋糕体,上面加上一層芒果泥做的啫喱,整個蛋糕色彩漂亮。口感清新而細膩,非常好吃,值得大家一試。
Mango purple potato cheese cake is a mixture of purple sweet potato puree and cream cheese for the cake body. The mango jelly is added to the top of cake. The whole cake is beautiful in color. Taste is fresh and delicate,very tasty,it is worth everyone to try.

成份:(8寸圆活底蛋糕模)
100g餅乾
50g 融化無鹽牛油
400g 奶油芝士(室溫)
75g 糖
250g紫薯泥
100g 原味酸奶
2茶匙朗姆酒
2茶匙柠檬汁
2个大鸡蛋(室溫)

芒果啫喱:
250g芒果泥
10g糖
1tsp檸檬汁
2tsps 吉利丁粉
30g熱水

溫水(約45℃/113℉)浴,在預熱好180℃/356℉爐内烤20分鐘,150℃/302℉烤50分鐘,関爐后60分鐘取出

Warm water(about 45℃/113℉) bath, bake in oven preheated to 180℃/356℉ for 20 min,150℃/302℉ for 50 min,turn off the oven, after 60 min take it out

Recipe:(8in around shape removable bottom cake pan)
100g biscuits
50g melted unsalted butter
400g cream cheese (room temperature)
75g sugar
250g purple sweet potato puree
100g yogurt
2tsps Rum
2tsps lemon juice
2 large eggs (room temperature)

Mango Jelly:
250g mango puree
10g sugar
1tsp lemon juice
30g hot water
2tsps gelatin powder
