Bread pudding is a super easy homemade dessert, which is the best way to use stale bread! Milk, sugar, cinnamon, and eggs make it that tastes like French toast!

In this video I add Rum-soaked dried fruits in my recipe, which is more tasty and rich in flavor, you can substitute with any tasty alcohol you like, or just skip it if you need a dessert without any alcohol for your kids and family , or you can also personalize this recipe easily by mixing in raisins or any dried fruit you like.

🍽️Recipe (ingredients)

2    Sliced Bread
1   Egg
50cc  Milk
50cc  Whipping Cream (or heavy cream)
1 tsp  Vanilla Extract
A pinch of  Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp  Brown Sugar
20g   Dried Fruits
30cc   Rum (optional)
Some Powdered Sugar and Honey for serving

1. Each oven has different firepower. You can adjust the baking temperature and time of your own oven according to your needs.
2. You can toast the bread by oven or air fry.
3. You can use any kinds of bread, this is a good recipe to use your stale bread, I recommend to use leftover bread that has been stored in the refrigerator for two or three days, which is more easy to absorb the egg mixture.
