If you have cheese, ham and sliced bread at home, you can prepare a nutritious and delicious breakfast in just a few minutes!

🍽️Recipe (ingredients) (Yield: 1 servings)

Ham and Cheese Sandwich
______________________
2 slices  Sliced Bread
1 slice   Ham
1 slice   Sliced Cheese
3 slices  Lettuce
5g   Shredded Onions
2 slices  Tomatoes (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon  Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon  Butter
2 teaspoons  Garlic Powder


Ham and Cheese Toast
______________________

1 slice   Sliced Bread
1 slice   Ham
5g   Onion (diced)
30g   Mozzarella Cheese (balls)
20g   Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon  Butter
2 teaspoons  Garlic Powder
some Parsley (for garnish)



📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. You can use any kind of ham or bread you like.
2. Garlic powder can be purchased in the spice section of general supermarkets (such as Costco).
3. Japanese mayonnaise uses egg yolks and rice vinegar, which has a sweeter and richer taste, while American mayonnaise uses whole eggs and white vinegar. You can buy Japanese mayonnaise in ordinary supermarkets. If you are in America, Australia and other places, you can buy it in Japanese or Asian supermarkets. If you only have American mayonnaise, you can try adding some sugar or honey into the American mayonnaise to make it taste closer to Japanese mayonnaise.
4. I used two different type of mozzarella to give the toast a richer texture, The texture of cheese balls is softer and stretching (it is still stretching after melting), while the Shredded cheese melts more easily, melting to hold all the ingredients together.
5. The firepower of each oven is different. You can adjust the baking temperature and time of your own oven according to your needs.
