1   Irwin Mango
1/2   Pomelo (Grapefruit)
120ml  Coconut Cream/ Coconut milk
120ml  Milk
40g  Sago
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
100g   Ice Cube


📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. The same mango has a very different taste in different origins and varieties. Personally, I like the taste of the Irwin mango produced in Taiwan the most. It is highly sweet and has a strong mango flavor. If you can’t buy Taiwanese mangoes overseas, you can also Try a similar high-sweetness mango instead.
2. After the water boils, the sago needs to be stirred for about a minute to prevent clumping. Soak the sago in the water and then rinse it with cold water. The purpose is to make the sago thoroughly cooked without over-melting and maintaining the best taste.
3. It is best to chill the ingredients of mango pomelo sago in advance before mixing them together. It will taste better when chilled.
4. Most of the Supermarkets sell sago, if you are in oversea you can easy to find it in asian supermarket.
